In alpha4 it was necessary to have an external preprocessor called 'cpp'
installed on your system which Windows doesn't have natively.
This is fixed in alpha5 which I've just released. Now an internal
preprocessor is used. If for whatever reason you have to stick to alpha4
you can apply one of the workarounds mentioned here:
By the way, please don't use the cgkit-commits mailing list to ask
questions as this list is supposed to only receive the log messages that
are automatically generated by cvs (you can subscribe to this list to be
informed about the changes in cgkit). Instead, please use the cgkit-user
mailing list (I've also forwarded this mail to that list).
