where are noise.pyd and cgtypes.pyd?

  • Anonymous - 2003-10-07

I have installed CGKit on my linuxbox to get "Blender World Forge" running. The program requires copying the two files noise.pyd and cgtypes.pyd to the Blender directory, but I cannot find them in CGKit.
    Are these external C-Programs now?
How can I implement them now?

The *.pyd files are the compiled binaries. However, they're only called *.pyd on Windows, on Linux they have the suffix .so. After compiling they're in the build subdirectory or, after installing, in your site-packages directory.

By the way, sorry for the long delay, but I wasn't aware that the admin of a page has to monitor his forums, too. I thought they'd be monitored automatically. And I didn't look very often inside the forums as there hasn't been any traffic yet. My apologies.
