Install on Mac OS X using another python distribution

    Hi there,

    I'm trying to install cgkit using the .pkg, and running into a bit of trouble. I'm running python 2.7.4, but it's a Homebrew install, not the default from python.org. The package says: "Note that you can only install this package if you are using the Python version from www.python.org."

    I'm wondering if anyone knows a way around this. I do know the location of my python dist, in case that helps.

    Nevermind -- I got around this by installing from source.
