[cgiwrap-users] cgiwrap 3.8 configure problem

I am trying to setup cgiwrap for php on a cobalt RaQ550

I have downloaded the source for version 3.8
I compile with the --with-cgi-dir=web option but id does not seem to change 
the cgi directory ?
