Nope, not in 3.7.1... It isn't actually in 3.8 as 3.8 hasn't been
released yet. just in CVS.

Can be used with standalone cgi only, since in order to wrap the module,
you'd have to have the server run as root/setuid - bad idea. (Not to
mention that that would require the module itself to do the wrapping.)
