[cgiwrap-users] CGI wrap error

Whenever we fill this form out:

http://www.4burialinsurance.com/newtestform.html

we get this message:

CGIWrap Error: Script Execution Failed 
CGIWrap encountered an error while attempting to execute this script: 

Error Message: Permission denied 
Error Number: 13  

The problem is that this script is exactly formatted like our other
scripts, but it doesn't work.  The permissions and path are the same.

Any ideas?  Our administrator is recently out of the hospital.
