You forgot to mention if you're having problems with setting up cgiwrap,
or if you're having a problem as a user of the system.

If you're a user, please contact your local system administrator, as they
have most likely disallowed subdirectories.

If you're trying to set up yourself, it should allow subdirectories by
default -- make sure you don't have the option '--without-script-subdirs'
set when you configure.
