I just released CGI:IRC 0.5.8, the main changes are:

- - Translations into German, Dutch, Romanian and Norwegian (thanks
   OUTsider/scarynet)
- - Russian translation of help
- - Some more UTF-8 fixes (including joining channels with non-ASCII  
chars,
   thanks to Jonas Liljegren)
- - Server balancing support
- - Identd supports multiple installs
- - Fix buffer overflow in client.cgi
