[cgiirc-general] multiple instances?

Instructions say install cgiirc into cgi-bin then visit 'the location 
you installed irc.cgi' to, which is a bit confusing (does that man it 
can actually be installed elsewhere or multiple places in cgi-bin?).  I 
want to run CGI:IRC for multiple channels; how can I do that?
