[cgiirc-general] Default username/password for Debian package?

Hi, I just installed the program via the debian package provided by the 
website (not via apt-get) and I think I have cgi-bin setup correctly in 
apache but I get a login prompt when I visit the client.cgi URL.

Any ideas?
