[cgiirc-general] Timing Out Update

I had a few people email me about having the same problem. I was told by a
couple of people, including David himself that it was likely my host
blocking access to IRC. And in fact, it was. They even went to the extent o=
f
letting me know that if I kept the script installed, they would be
suspending my account.

Anyhow, I've been using a private portal on a friends hosting for about 3-4
years now as he has kept it updated for me. I no longer do I have access to
that due to him canceling his account. Not sure if I'm supposed to do this
on this mailing list, but if anyone has a link to one I can use, or if they
would be nice enough to let me have private access, I would be more than
happy to cover the expense of the bandwidth I use if necessary.
