[cgiirc-general] Timing Out

Hello,

    The CGI:IRC script I have installed (
http://www.techreadysolutions.com/irc/irc.cgi) is giving me problems. I
understand the images don't work, I haven't set it up. But I am confused as
to why my script continues to time out. Is there something in the
configuration that would be holding it back? What are the reasons for it
doing that? GameSurge is a large network, so I can't imagine that it would
be on the network side.
