[cgiirc-general] Bug on webpage

Hello,

i've found something on the webpage where i'm not sure if it is a bug
or wanted.
If you click on "Docs index" in the main menu on the right you get to a
list of links, including a link named "Customising".
The same time a submenu called "Documentation" appears below the main
menu on the right. In this submenu, the link called "Customising" is
not listed.
