You may very well be running CGI:IRC and Unrealircd 3.2.4 however,  
there is a module for Unrealircd specifically for CGI:IRC to return  
the users information and not the information obtained form the  
webserver they are connecting from.

This module works in 3.2.3 but in 3.2.4 it crashes ircd.

Did you compile the unreal cgiirc.so module that works with  
Unrealircd or are you just using Unrealircd as it came?

What is your ircd url?
