[cgiirc-general] irc server requires unique usernames

I have a PHP scripted site that is using cgiirc.  My current config file 
tries to set the username but the IRC servers requires the username be 
unique for each user.  As a result the first user into cgiirc gets in 
fine and all others fail.  How do I via the HTML form that I use to 
connect the user, set a unique username (not to be confused with nickname).
