[cgiirc-general] where to send /notice

Hi all,
I wonder if it is possible to change where messages
sent with a /notice are displayed, with CGIIRC they
are displayed in the status window, so maybe users
don't realize the received a message, in mirc they are
displayed in the active channel window.
Is it possible to modify this behaviour?

PS: by the way, very useful the option to choose
whether to display or not join, part and quit messages
with the channel output.
