Been there, done that. Try copying icons into a web accessible
directory. Forexample, www.xxx.net/cgi-bin/irc.cgi is CGI:IRC, then,
copy those icons into www.xxx.net/images/. Ofcourse, you must put
www.xxx.net/images as you image location in CGI:IRC configuration
file.
