[Cgi-devel] Site pages moved back to cgi.sf.net

Hi,

Just a note to you all, I have removed the 301 redirect from the sourceforge
site and put the documentation files up at http://cgi.sf.net/docs.

Apologies for the change of domain, but as I have now figured out how to
(mostly) automate updating the sourceforge site this isn't so much of a
burden as it used to be. I will probably remove the CGI / FastCGI related
pages from omnisplat.com in the next few days so update any links you have.

As an aside, I added a sample apache configuration snippet for getting CGI
and FastCGI working to the documentation:
