[Cgi-session-user] help with file permissions

I am using CGI::Session with the options to save session data to files.
My question is "How do I get the files to create with permissions of 664
instead of 644?"
My CGI programs are doing fine with the status quo but I need to let
another program (JAVA) share the files for reading and writing.
