It looks like this bug is affecting the test suite of
CGI::Application::Plugin::Session as well
(http://perlmonks.org/?node_id=3D540026). I think it has the potential
to break a lot of installed code, so I think a new release is in
order.
For those that are seeing this problem, downgrading to version 4.09
should solve the issue until a new release is made available.
