Removing the cgisess.db and cgisess.id files did allow for the test to pass
for me, at least on Mac OS X.

Sorry guys, I think I accidentally added those *.db and *.id files to the
distribution, they shouldn't have been there.

I don't know what other items are currently in development for the next
release but it would be nice to see a release to fixed this issue so that
tests pass in the mean time.
