I'm sure we can get out another release with this feature in it. I was just using mutt, and it highlights the line red, by making the backround color red on the current line. Maybe I'll look into how that would look. Anyone have any ideas? Mike, you usually have better configuration names than I do. What do you think a good config option name for this feature would be?
