[Cgdb-devel] cgdb doesn't build outside of the source dir (patch attached)

Hello all,

While porting & packaging cgdb 0.3.3a and cgdb 0.3.4 for Cygwin, I ran into
a bug in the configury that makes it impossible to build cgdb outside of the
source directory. The attached patch fixes the problem.

The Cygwin port of cgdb is available via Setup.exe at http://rlc.unsane.co.uk/ 
(add the url to the mirror list in Setup.exe). Setup itself is, of course, 
available at http://cygwin.com/setup.exe

NB: though cgf has vetoed the cgdb package and it will thus not be added to the
    official Cygwin net distro, I'll be happy to maintain a Cygwin port living
    on http://rlc.unsane.co.uk/ anyway - if you're interested.
