I don't know, I figured we could work out of cvs for a few days without
any major changes. If there are no major bugs, we can release 0.3.0.

I know that you and Mike both have cool changes that you plan on doing.
I figured you'd get those in somewhere in the 0.3.x range.
Does that sound right?

My next major task is going to be to add a testsuite. I am going to look
into dejagnu. That way we can type 'make check'. I have broken the same
things over and over and its starting to frustrate me :).
I'll probably get that into a 0.3.x version.
