[Cgdb-devel] Configuration

I started adding in some of the configuration source.  Its not
working/integrated yet.=20

config_lexer.l is just a simple tokenizer.  It can recognize some simple
keywords like set, bind, macro (the last two are for future expansion.
:)

configuration.c is basically just stubbed out now.  It does have a list
of the possible commands, as well as configuration variables
(ignorecase, shortcut for now.).
