Hi,

I've committed a patch to rlctx.

It makes it so that cgdb no longer depends on the rlctx_prog program to
have readline support. So, make install is no longer necessary again.

rlctx now only forks to get the functionality needed. The exec is
removed. If any bugs seem to arise related to readline, let me know.
