Hi,

I merged Ronald's cygwin_package_0_4_0 branch into HEAD tonight.
This patch fixed up a lot of the autotool problems and made it possible
to build CGDB from out of the tree. (This is really cool)

After that, I updated all of the generated files in CVS with the
documented version number of autotools located in the FAQ.
(Ronald generated the files with a slightly older version of the
autotools)

You might want to try building the latest CVS using the configure script. It
seems to work fine for me. Also, try building out of the tree. If there
is any problems, please let me know.
