[Cg-pipeline-users] Documentation (finally!)

Hi everyone!  I have been actively working on CG-Pipeline with a little
help from my colleagues, and it's obvious that there is a need for
documentation.  I have been hosting it on my personal site, which is not
very professional, and so I finally migrated it over to the sourceforge
site.  Please check it out, and I appreciate any constructive feedback you
may have.  If you find any typos or missing links, or other minor things,
please aggregate those thoughts and send them to me in bulk.
