#12 Can't log into Admin

When trying to login to the admin area, I'm getting an
error page - password/username don't seem to matter -
if I enter them correct of wrong - same error, and
can't go any furtherr.

The only thing I changed was the user/pass in the
Application file. Haven't altered anything else. I
installed all files like:

blogmx (root folder for blog)
+ backup
+ blog
+ css
+ docs
+ img
+ js
+ xml
...root folder (blogmx) files

Ideas?

The below is all I'm getting to - so no useful error
message to help me figure the problem.

"An error occurred showing this page.
The page you were attempting to show has encountered
an error."
