further steps in tutorial

Hi folks.

Can anyone tell me where can I find further infos
about the next steps in the tutorial?

Now I'd like to implement the three hyperlinks on the
homepage but no idea how to proceed... basically the
buildNavigation.cfm has a reference to the handler.cfm
but I have no handler.cfm (yet)
