#1 User Defined Regular Expression

User can't define Regular Expression in their definition array. They can only used pre-defined variables.

Modify the parser to remove the JavaScript's / / when converting it to ColdFusion's RE.

This is now fixed in version 1.1.5. When giving user defined regular expression use JavaScript's format
which is /^[a-zA-Z]+$/ The ColdFusion script will remove the "//" so that it is accepted by the ColdFusion
engine. The // MUST be in the string else the tag will think that it's a regular expression pre-defined
variable and will attempt to locate the information for it. Most likely it won't be found and an error will
    be given.

Fixed a little bug in the code. The tag was trying to match /^.../ which is incorrect for CF RE.
