cewolf.tld and cewolf-1.1.tld need to be placed in
META-INF/tlds in jar file.
Alsa uri defined in cewolf.tld need to be fixed to the
relative path.
When it will be done it will be no need to copy
cewolf.tld to each webapp WEB-INF dir to have access to
cewolf tags. You can check other free taglibs like
struts to see how it should look.
Also taglib version is incorect in *.tld files.

I completely agree with Marcin. Having to copy the tld is a
pain in the ass that is not deserved by cewolf, which is
    great piece of software.

    Please consider fixing it.

I'll try to fix asap. I think this was a bug while moving
    the build over to maven2.

I fixed it locally, but cannot submit a patch. So, all you
have to do is do the following:

    cd src/main/resources
    mkdir -p META-INF/tlds
    svn add META-INF
    svn mv cewolf-1.1.tld META-INF/tlds/
    svn mv cewolf.tld META-INF/tlds/
svn commit -m "fix for 1401560 - submitted by felipeal :-)"
