#96 BUG: lpd: cannot open printer description file

LPD logs a large number of these errors ( against
different client host names ) on CEPS Servers. These
errors are found on most servers in /var/log/messages.

Would like to have this checked out - what is causing
this and is it causing degradation of the Print System?

Damian already started looking at the source code to
see what conditions are causing this error. This
request was opened to formalize and document this bug.
