#83 sendmail needs to be configured

Sendmail (or another mta) needs to be configured on the
machines. The current sendmail install is the default
RH install, and thus does not accept mail. The stats
server needs to accept mail to process the stats logs.
In addition to the stats server accepting mail the
individual hosts need to be configured to masquarade as
the top level domain name, and smarthost the mail to a
mailhub.

This should all be done with the M4 files.
