#80 CEPS::Network->get() fails

CEPS::Network->get( "171.71.82.23" )
CEPS::Network->get( router => "171.71.82.1" )
should yield a CEPS::Network object.

instead the error message,

"Invalid arguments for request 'luequal'"

is returned. the error is in the perl SDDB module.

This yields the same erroneous results.
