Existing Factory Reset procedure available at URL: http://pmx/twiki/bin/view/CEPS/FactoryResetProcedure lists procedure to Factory Reset non-GPS printers, also a link (at kbase, not giving the full link here) is provided to Reset MFPs. However, kbase link lists about Reset procedure for one MFP and the procedure varies slightly for most of the MFPs.
We need to Remove all published MFP Reset procedures as it could be used to jeopardise internal security policy.
Instead of publishing Reset procedures for all of the MFPs, we could update Factory Reset procedure link (http://pmx/twiki/bin/view/CEPS/FactoryResetProcedure) as below:

For any Cold Reset procedure of MFP, please create a case, CEPS Team would verify the authenticity of the request, make decision whether the case should be transferred to GPS Team (based on MFP location) and provide Reset procedure over phone to the requester.
