#79 have info sheet print to new printers

When a new print queue is created in sddb from a new
bootp request, a information sheet should be printined
out to the printer with instructions on how to rename
the print queue via the web. This would eliminate many
support requests for installing new printers.

This also assumes that the print system would do the
equivilant of the current 'pradmin dev xx-xxxxx probe'
to get the model info and such.

this system should also be smart enough to print a
label if this is a label printer, or perhaps run the
configure scripts for mfd machines when they come on-line.
