#74 BUG: Banner pages destroy some other print options

When banner pages are enabled on a device, it appears
to destroy some per-job settings that the user can specify.

I have observed this on Xerox machines (have not tested
others yet), where banner=true is defined in lpopts on
the device. When the user prints a job and specifies
to staple, or print multiple copies, only a single
un-stapled job will actually print out. Removing
banner pages from the lpops, allows the multiple copies
to print and be optionally stapled.
