#7 New procedure for new site configuration in CEPS

Hi,

As in Re-IP we are following a standard procedure to configure the Re-IPed network.In the same way we need to create template ehich users can upload the information & Network diagrams, Also will able to create a P6 case in Aliance tool.

So add this as enhancement for the CEPS.
