#68 sddb utils should have better help options

all sddb commands should give better help/usage info
when passed a -? or -h flag.

sddbfield does not recognise -? or -h at all, and
supplies no useage info when an incorrect argument is
passed.

sddbdump and sddblist do provide some basic help, but
it should be more verbose.

sddb -? is very good, the other utilities should be
modeled after sddb.
