#63 more visual feedback during execution of cvs commands

Some cvs commands execute for a significant time as one
or more commands are processed on the remote
repository. No visual feedback is provided to indicate
to the developer that it is still working, as opposed
to simply being hung or blocked.

It would relieve the developer to be able to discern
that the script is working if some visual feedback was
given while the cvs commands were executing.

Since the developer will know that the scripts are
working, it will help to avoid problems in the
repository that would result from interruptions of the
cvs commands.
