#15 Pswatch is not acting properly

Hi Team,

As I found bug in pswatch there was a delay to mark the server down in sddb.As the server is physically went down and the server is not marked down by the bserv in the SDDB record.I monitored this for 4 hour,then
also I am didn't found any action from the pswatch script. This issue I found on the server vinen.cisco.com.

Please have a look on this ASAP,as there is a chance of creating a P1 or P2.Mostly this issue will affect on partner sites.

All the logs will be available in our VSS servers & emails.
