#126 sddbd dumps core

When the sddbd invoked without Instance ID, it dumps
segmentation core dump.

Initial Analysis.
The SddbReport() function tries to log the program
name using the syslog() function, where the progname
global pointer is null.

The progname = argv[0] should be place in a main
function before starting of parsing the command line
argument.
