#123 ER: Upgrade current GS 7.04 to latest version (8.54)

Some users are requesting for Hyper link support when
converting Word/Power point documents to PDF using %
PDFwirte, this feature is not supported in GS 7.04.

Since the latest version of GS which is 8.54 supports
this feature and definitely it would come with lot
more other features than the old version GS 7.04, we
need to upgrade to the latest one.
