#121 ER: Retain only one copy of ndscheck - multiple copies found

There are 2 copies of ndscheck script found under
following directories:

/usr/sbin/ndscheck
/usr/ceps/bin/ndscheck

only /usr/ceps/bin/ndscheck seem to be referred in
all the places and there is no requirement
of /usr/sbin/ndscheck, hence remove it from ceps-
scripts module.

Also, check for other such duplications and remove
unused/duplicate scripts from ceps-script module.
