#119 ER: Increase char limit from 12 to 20 at the Web Page

As of now renaming a printer at the web page is
limited to 12 chars.
As part of GPS programme, standardizing printer name
exceeds 12 chars, hence modify the limit to
accommodate MAX of 20 chars for naming printers at
the printer web page.
