It appears that the CEPS client is opening multiple
tcp connections while connected through VPN, but
perhaps firewall is not allowing ACK. This can
create an DOS to the print server. Since there is no
need for remote printers while connected through VPN,
we should have the client detect when VPN is active
and disable CEPSwatch. This should resolve the TCP
issue.
