#113 FR: Disable printing of PS Errors on printers

I was working on printing of PS Errors problem on
certain printers 3 months back, and was able to
suppress junk printout by disabling printing of PS
Errors feature and problem did not repeat. I think we
should make this a standard process across the Org on
all HP printers by including it in nightly script.
And can be enabled any time when there is a need to
debug/investigate a problem, but by default this need
not be enabled.

Following is the command that need to be integrated:

snmpset -v 1 <PRINTER_IP>
ciscoprnt .1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.9.4.2.1.3.3.4.11.0 i 1
