#111 BUG: LP cmds errors out with 'seg fault' if execd w/o option

Following commands report 'segmentation fault' if
executed without any options on command line:

1. lpr
2. lprm
3. lpq

Solution would be to either carry-out a default
operation OR display valid command usage with syntax.
