#102 TEST CEPS Install to report ip address of PC meaningfully

This affects PC' that have dual network connections.
Typically wired and wireless. At present the Client PC
IP Address reported by TEST CEPS Install may not belong
to the interface it uses to send print jobs . This can
mislead the sysadmin troubleshooting providor related
issues.
The XML returned by the Server already contains the
Client's IP address in the tag <yourhost
ipaddr="x.x.x.x"/>. So the request here is to make
CEPSWatch use this information to determine which
interface is been used on the PC to talk to the
Servers. Then get TEST CEPS Install to display this
IP Address in the appropriate line.
